  One star rating is really a much higher rating than this location deserves.
  I have had a corporate account with Enterprise in the past and rent personally with them at least 25-30 times a year. With this said, I rent from this particular location on a regular basis. The last time I rented the car was dirty, smelled like smoke, rented with an 1/8 of a tank of gas, and with a low tire warning light on. I brought this to the attention of the attendant and she said that it had been checked and was fine. This was not the case. After driving 70 miles the tire was dangerously low and evidentially damaged. I ended up having to fill the tire multiple times through the life of the trip. Not acceptable. My time is worth more.
  
  I gave grace and set up 2 additional rentals for the weeks to follow. When arriving to pick up my rental, I was told they did not have any vehicles to rent me and had not had any vehicles available since the day before, due to an unexpected increase of rentals. I understand this, but what I don't understand is why I had a reservation for over a week and a half and was not even given a courtesy call to save me a trip and make other arrangements. This did not happen. Upon my arrival, the 2 attendants were sitting talking together. They stated they had no cars and they were sorry as the one smirked as he shrugged his shoulders. He then said they could do nothing to help me. Sorry. When asked why I did not receive a call to save me a trip, they stated someone was suppose to call, but things happen and they had been busy. UNACCEPTABLE all around. They were sitting there talking. How about looking at upcoming reservation and calling them! I called their supervisor and he said he could not help me! Wow! Where did customer service go, especially to faithful customers.
  Thank God for Avis. They not only had a car immediately for me, but gave me a free upgrade for my troubles. That is someone I want to spend my money with.
  I have decided that I am done with this Enterprise and most likely Enterprise entirely. Enterprise needs to go back to the drawing board and make some major changes from the top down. Start with organization and customer appreciation.
  
  Dear Chris from Enterprise CS.... your response to my post exemplifies my point. I am actually a Mr. not a Ms., but you assumed and once again further damaged the reputation of Enterprise. I will send you an email, but thanks for offending me even greater!
