  Peak living hired the most untrusting and lazy Jennifer and Jeremy Montour. The place is destined to be like pueblo soon with these two rotten apples in place of management and maintenance

  Jennifer the PM feels an out of proportion sense of “power” over vulnerable tenants and exercises it in an unchecked, dictatorial manner, particularly to more vulnerable “protected classes.” The problem is now worse as she lives on site and comes to feel as if she “owns” the place and can just make up the rules. When it comes to friends and family she gives special treatment, which you cannot do as a professional property manager, as this is unfair to all tenants. Jennifer has a history of not complying or understanding the code of ethics as PM.
